1. Return & Exchange Policy

• Since all pieces are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
• Exchanges are only allowed if the item arrives damaged, provided that clear proof (photo or video) is submitted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

2. Shipping Time

• Within Kuwait: Orders are shipped within 2 to 7 business days.
• Outside Kuwait: Orders are shipped within 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Payment

• Payment must be completed to confirm the order. Production will only start after payment confirmation.

4. Customization & Modifications

• If you wish to adjust the length or make any modifications, please specify the details in the notes section when placing the order.
• Providing accurate measurements is recommended to ensure the order is tailored to your preferences.
